Business Tools.jpg

One of the main reasons business owners become overwhelmed is that they don't have the right tools to run their business. In this Super 1 day class you'll learn simple business management tools that will help you in the 5 stages of the business cycle. You will learn things like how to do a SWOT analysis (and why it can help you define and refine your marketing message), and how to use a cost-benefit analysis to figure out where to spend your time and effort. You will explore why you need to know what a KPI is and how you can use it to avoid getting overwhelmed. You will discover how to prioritize your work (both the big stuff and the little stuff), and how to keep track of everything in just 5 minutes a day. You will be invited to submit your biggest management challenge prior to the workshop so you can focus your time on learning skills that will be the most useful to you.

In addition to being a professional photographer & CPP, Cath Smith is a PMI certified Project Management Professional and a Certified ScrumMaster who has worked with international companies to deliver large and complex projects for nearly 15 years. She collects business tools and techniques for fun.
